These Terms govern your use of Rashi, operated by Sendflo Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using Rashi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Rashi is an online service that generates personalised Vedic astrology reports ("Reports") using planetary ephemeris data interpreted by our in-house astrology engine. Third-party writing tools are used solely for formatting, grammar, and readability of the final report text. Upon purchase, you receive a single PDF Report delivered by email, calculated from the birth details you provide.
Reports are for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise. You should not make significant life decisions based solely on the contents of a Report.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Report. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf and accept these Terms. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The accuracy of your Report depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. We are not responsible for errors in a Report that result from incorrect birth data entered by you. We do not verify the accuracy of information you submit.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by PayU (web) or the relevant app store (iOS / Android). We do not store payment card details.
All sales are final at the time of purchase. Please review our Refund Policy for the limited circumstances in which a refund may be available.
Your Report will typically be delivered to the email address you provide within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. Due to unforeseeable circumstances — including high demand, third-party service disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control — delivery may occasionally be delayed. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery time but will make every reasonable effort to deliver your Report promptly.
If you have not received your Report within 60 minutes, please contact us at support@sendflo.io and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
Your Report is generated for your personal use. You may print and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or republish the content of your Report.
All other content on rashi.life — including design, code, copy, and brand assets — is owned by Sendflo Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any Report for any purpose. Vedic astrology is a traditional system of interpretation; individual results vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Sendflo Private Limited's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Rashi is limited to the amount you paid for the Report in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Rashi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact our Grievance Officer to resolve disputes informally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms with a revised date. Continued use of Rashi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
